Your Privacy Is Important to Mom Inventors

We recognize that when you visit our web site and provide us with personal information, you trust that we will act responsibly and keep your information secure and confidential.

Any unauthorized access or use of this Site, Mom Inventors' computer systems, Mom Inventors' servers and/or Mom Inventors' equipment may constitute a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C.§ 1030), the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. §2701), California Penal Code § 502, and various other state laws. Mom Inventors reserves the right to aggressively pursue the prosecution of any entity or individual violating the foregoing laws.

If you choose to provide Mom Inventors with any personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Mom Inventors.

What We Collect
We do not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. The personal information that may be gathered includes your name, company name, mailing address, email or telephone number. The information will be gathered when you register to our site or when you submit a request form. Mom Inventors uses this information to customize your experience on our web site. In addition, Mom Inventors may use this information for other business purposes, such as alerting you to products and services that can assist you in your business.

Receiving Unsolicited Invention or Product Information
There is nothing Mom Inventors can do with unsolicited information about any invention or product that you may send to us. In order to protect your confidentiality, we handle unsolicited invention or product information in the following manner.

We make every attempt to identify unsolicited submissions sent by mail or courier prior to opening it. If it appears to be invention information, we do not open it.

Opened and unopened invention or product submissions will be destroyed, and no copies will be made: submission on paper will be shredded, submissions via e-mail will be deleted. We will not notify you of destruction of this information nor will we respond to your unsolicited submission except as outlined in the following return policy.

We will not return any delivered packages to you unless it is so marked by you, and then only if you agree to pay for return postage.

How Mom Inventors Uses Cookies
A cookie is a piece of text asking permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. If you agree, your browser then adds the text in a small file.
